Uplighting the Front of a Colonial Style House

Posted in Landscape Lights, Uncategorized, Winter Landscape at 8:23 AM by Administrator

This North Reading family loves their home and the brick facade, but with daylight hours limited they did not get to see the exterior of their house often.  As a result, we designed and installed a low voltage landscape lighting system that illuminates the front of their house without casting much light into the bedrooms.  We also adjusted the lenses and lightbulbs to accomodate the difference in roof height from the part of the house on the left to the main part of the house.

The front walkway is now also illuminated with a few path lights which makes the house appear to be set further back from the street.  The homeowners have stated that they feel safer in their house now that the front is illuminated and that they are very pleased with their extra sense of security.
