Irrigation System and New Lawn for a Rowley family

This Rowley, MA family had an unlevel yard with little hills throughout the area. We added sand fill to the lower areas of the lawn prior to adding about 4" - 6" of loam throughout the whole yard. After we graded the loam and created the base for their new lawn, we added on to their Hunter irrigation system that we installed in another area of the yard a few years ago. Now, the same controller controls the entire property. The Hunter PGP rotors and Hunter sprayers were installed before the new lawn was seeded. Clark Hydroseeding did the hydroseeding for us.
