Plantings in Front Courtyard for an Ipswich Family

This Ipswich family wanted to see some vibrancy and interest in their small front courtyard. The lawn was having trouble staying green during the summer due to watering bans and the families desire to save water.
Artistic Landscapes worked with the client by listening to what the client wanted then selecting plants that will provide the look that they are seeking. They may not have known the names of the plants but we provided them the following rendering and they liked our design.
The client loved our combination of long lived perennials, fragrant plants, ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs that we were able to make the entrance to their home look very nice last summer.
We changed from yellow ornamental grasses to blue-green grasses as this color blends with the paver walkway better. The plants thrived over their first few months in Ipswich.
